The cottage is set solely on the ground floor and offers one double bedroom, a shower room with underfloor heating. There is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a gas-fired stove. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with a patio and furniture, access to the owners’ mature and formal gardens, and woodland leading to the village.
